2008 Club Azzurri Fall Classic
in Hutchinson, Kansas September 19-21, 2008

Age divisions will include
Boys: U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14
Girls: U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16

This tournament will be using the same format as USYSA and KSYSA rules, specifically as related to small-sided games, team and field sizes. The table below lists roster sizes, guest players allowed, ball size, and entry fees for each age group.

The registration deadline is August 22, 2008, so please sign-up now!
Once online registration is completed, please send your official USYSA Team Roster and a check for the appropriate amount as soon as possible. Your spot in the tournament will not be reserved until we receive your payment. Proof of age will be required in the form of a USYSA laminated player's card. NO OTHER FORM OF IDENTIFICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Medical Release Forms must be notarized for each player and must be presented at check-in.

Please be sure to read the Tournament Rules as some changes have been made.
