Age divisions will include:
Boys: U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14
Girls: U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16

This tournament will be using the same format as USYSA and KSYSA rules, specifically as related to small-sided games, team and field sizes. The table below lists roster sizes, guest players allowed, ball size, and entry fees for each age group.

Registration deadline is August 27, 2010.

Once online registration is completed, please send your official USYSA Team Roster and a check for the appropriate amount as soon as possible. Your spot in the tournament will not be reserved until we receive your payment. Proof of age will be required in the form of a USYSA laminated player's card. NO OTHER FORM OF IDENTIFICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Medical Release Forms must be notarized for each player and must be presented at check-in. The date on the form must be within the past two years, or the form will not be accepted.
Contact your state association if you have questions about these forms.

Please be sure to read the Tournament Rules as some changes have been made.

If this is your first time registering online:
--you will choose your team's login/password information
--all your team's information will be saved to make applying to future tournaments easier
--you will be notified of acceptance via email
--all other communications will be via email
--all schedules will be posted online
--results will be posted online
--scores can be sent to your cell phone via text-message
--rosters MUST be entered prior to your official acceptance
